The Registration Fee Includes (in-person): Paper presentation, attendance to all sessions, one day cafee break, and certificate of presentation.

Important Information:

  1. After the registration fee is paid, your registration will be completed. You do not need to take any additional action for registration.
  2. Only one author per paper should be registered.
  3. You must pay the registration fee according to your publishing preference.
  4. Please note that the registration fee doesn't include the accommodation, air ticket, visa application, etc.
  5. Each registration fee is valid for only one author. If other authors participate, the listener registration fee must be paid.
  6. Each registration fee is valid for one-day participation only. If participation will be made on other days, the listener registration fee must be paid.

Registration Steps:

  1. If you are going to make on-site payment. You must contact the symposium email address (symposium.isas@gmail.com). Participants who register with the on-site payment option are deemed to have accepted that they will attend the symposium in-person and make payment to the registration desk.
  2. Log in to the paper management system (SETCMS).
    Your user name and password information is included in the email you receive when you paper submission.
    If you have not submitted a paper and will only register as a listener, you can contact us via the email address ismsitconf@ismsitconf.org
  3. After logging in, select the REGISTRATION > New Registration menu option.
  4. After filling in the required fields in the form, the payment process begins with the "Wire Transfer" or "Credit Card" options.
  5. If the "Wire Transfer" option is selected, the registration form is transferred to the system by clicking the "Approve" button. An information e-mail will be sent to you regarding the choices you have made. You can make payment using the bank account information provided in the email you receive.
  6. If the "Credit Card" option is selected, the credit card information screen will open by clicking the "Click to pay by credit card" button. You can make payment by entering your credit card information on the page that opens.
  7. You can follow your registration and payment status via the "REGISTRATION > Registrations" menu.
