WELCOME TO ISAS2026
ISAS aims to advance the discourse on smart technologies, thereby shaping technological innovation across multiple engineering-based disciplines. Focusing on research spanning theoretical insights, empirical studies, and practical applications, ISAS seeks to unlock the transformative potential inherent in smart technologies across these diverse fields.
The technical program of ISAS 2026 will include the presentation of invited speakers, panels, tutorials, special sessions, posters, and regular sessions. ISAS is an international symposium organized by universities, research groups, companies, and technology groups from many other countries to communicate their research results and innovative applications. ISAS aims to create collaborative networks of universities, researchers, and the private sector. The technical sponsor of ISAS 2026 is IEEE SMC Society.
All submitted full papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, research content, correctness, relevance to symposium and readability. Accepted and presented full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Additionally, abstracts, tutorials and poster presentations will be published with ISBN in the ISAS2026 companion proceeding.
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. We will be pleased to welcome you at the ISAS, which will be held virtual on December 4-5, 2026 in Türkiye.
